No. The application and the invitation letter are free.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks from the interview to the invitation letter. The special check takes 10 to 14 days.
Yes. The brigades have Portuguese-speaking instructors. Spanish or English help day to day, but they are not required to apply.
With military experience, your application is reviewed case by case. Describe your experience in the form.
Yes. You can get your passport in the departure city. Housing and food while you wait are at your own expense.
For security. Cities, flights and transfers are shared in person with each approved candidate.
Vanguard Travel pays for the air ticket, up to 5 days of hotel before departure and the bus from the arrival airport to Ukraine. Food during the trip, personal expenses and the return ticket are at your own expense.
