Who processes your data

What data we collect
The data you enter in the application form: first name, last name, date of birth, country you are in, passport status, chosen brigade, WhatsApp number, email, travel availability and military experience. On WhatsApp you may send a photo of your passport data page.
What we use it for
- To forward your application to the chosen brigade and the Foreign Recruitment Center, which hold the interview, run the background check and decide on admission.
- To organize your trip after the brigade confirms.
- To contact you about your application.
Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who we share it with
Only with the brigade you chose and the Foreign Recruitment Center in Ukraine, and with the providers needed for the trip (airlines, hotels, transport). The site is hosted by Wix.com. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after the application process ends, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to van.main.global@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
